FlexSoft, Inc. has provided software to pension professionals since 1985. The original system was developed by a 401(k) specialist actively selling 401(k) plans. He was seeking software that could effectively communicate the benefits of qualified plans to employers and employees.

All software systems developed by FlexSoft focus on the marketing aspect of qualified plans. We give the users the ability to maintain records needed to comply with legislative mandates set down by the government. However, we think illustrating the features and benefits of the plan to the employer and employees is the most important aspect of implementing a qualified plan. We have collected feedback from many successful pension professionals, and implemented their ideas into our systems.

We are constantly researching ways of making it easier to explain the benefits of qualified plans to employers and their employees. In that respect, we have established relationships with several associations throughout the pension, insurance, and employee benefit industries concerned with communication and implementation of qualified plans. We are in frequent contact with the following organizations: American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA), Profit Sharing Council of America (PSCA), National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

FlexSoft's mission is to develop and distribute affordable yet advanced and effective software tools, while providing support and timely updates to keep all systems current and compliant.
